Description

The Investor Relations Manager will be is to service the information, data, reporting and analytics requirements of clients and investors, ensuring timely, objective and transparent delivery. The person is also responsible for the firm's image, reputation and brand, will be required to work with the CEO and sales team to provide a clear communications strategy, through marketing, media/PR, conferences and social media.

The role reporting to the CEO, will have the following responsibilities:

• Being the first point of call for clients and investors when they require fund/portfolio reporting, data, analytics and any other quantitative or qualitative information.
• Providing accurate timely reporting (Weekly/Monthly Fund & Portfolio Reporting)
• Preparing fund and portfolio presentations including updating presentations and reports
• Managing investment and operational due diligence processes.
• Providing sales support
• Managing digital marketing initiatives including webinars (once per month), website and LinkedIn.
• Monitoring global consultant database and platforms and ensuring the firm's data (performance and AUM statistics) is kept up to date.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least a Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/economics/management/mathematics from a well reputed university
• MBA/MSc/FRM//CPA/ACCA is a strong preference
• Have 5+ years of experience within Client Servicing/Investor Relations with a similar Asset Manager/Private Equity
• Have a strong understanding of fund reporting and investor presentations
• Have strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Skills
• Be a clear and professional communicator
• Be detail oriented
• Be able & willing to work in Dubai

They focus on investments across public and private equity, fixed income, venture capital, real estate, etc and have offices in multiple locations across Middle East and Europe.
