About our client
We are working with a leading Dubai-based multi-family office that manages significant capital on behalf of prominent families from the Gulf region and beyond. With an established global portfolio across Europe and North America, they are now looking to grow their team with the addition of an investor relations Associate. What the job involves
- Prepare investor presentations, quarterly newsletters, and other client-facing materials
- Collaborate with the investment team to ensure accurate performance tracking and seamless client reporting
- Leverage AI tools to design presentations, integrate data sources, and produce research materials
- Support meeting coordination, document minutes, and manage data room setup and oversight
- Experience in investor relations, client support, or product specialist roles within private markets (PE, VC, private credit)
- Excellent communicator with a good fundamental understanding of private markets
- Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel; able to create visually compelling, well-designed decks under tight timelines
- Proactive and solutions-oriented; uses AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and modernise processes
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and works well across teams
