1- Job overview:
Our Establishment is seeking an experienced Investment specialist with real estate/developer work experience. The candidate will be responsible for recommending various investment opportunities with maximum returns for our housing communities. The Investment specialist will be experienced on advising the appropriate Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) to deliver our projects, while utilizing his useful connections in the field.

The candidate will be responsible for recommending various investment opportunities with maximum returns for our housing communities. The Investment specialist will be experienced on advising the appropriate Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) to deliver our projects, while utilizing his useful connections in the field.
2- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze potential investment opportunities within the housing communities by using financial modeling and other techniques to evaluate the risks and potential returns of different investment opportunities.
- Conducting market research on the industry and gather market intelligence to enhance management of funds.
- Prepare investment recommendations for the department director, including detailed investment presentations.
- Monitor the performance of investments and make recommendations for refinancing, disposition, or redevelopment as necessary.
- Build and maintain relationships with private sector partners and developing new customer leads and on-boarding.
- Provide technical guidance and support on PPP projects with a strong knowledge of their frameworks, regulations, and policies.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on PPP best practices and strategies to the project team.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in real estate commercial investment.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing real estate investment opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
