Role Overview

As an

Investment Property Sales Advisor

, you will be responsible for guiding clients through property investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi's thriving real estate market. You will build long-term relationships, provide expert advice, and deliver exceptional service to help clients achieve their investment goals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the investment property sector. Advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment strategies. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing of sales transactions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, regulations, and investment opportunities. Build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in investment properties. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market and investment landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage. UAE driving license preferred.
