Job Opportunity -Investment Operations Manager - DIFC, Dubai
Aventus has been mandated by an Investment firm in DIFC.Role: Investment Operations ManagerJob Location: DIFC, UAERole Overview: To ensure company's investment operational infrastructure operates efficiently and effectively at scale, liaising externally with service providers as well as internally with the firm's business development and investment teams
Responsibilities:Liaising with outsourced fund administratorsLiaising with industry partners where fund structures are co-managed regardingLiaising with the firm's business development and investor relations teams regardingLiaising with the firm's investment and compliance teams regardingMaintenance of the firm's fund administration system (Excel)Oversight of all financial accounting processes for investment structures
Skills/Competencies:Consolidation skills with strong knowledge of IFRS, SMAs and Shariah structuresExcellent attention to detail in both content and presentation of workExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Required Education/ExperienceTop Tier University Accounting/Finance graduateQualified accountant (CPA, ACA or equivalent)8+ years post qualification experience in Credit/Real Estate/Hedge Fund industry preferably with a family office or multi-asset manager or a fund administrator
