Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the company's
investment strategy
across direct investments, projects, JVs, and M&A Evaluate new investment opportunities throughfinancial modeling and valuation
, includingDCF, IRR, NPV, scenario and risk analysis
Participate intransaction execution
, due diligence, and coordination with external advisors (financial, legal, tax, banks) Track and analyzepost-investment performance
, update valuations, and support exit analysis Providefinancial and investment analysis
to support budgeting, forecasting, and management decision-making Supportproject finance and funding activities
, including project cash flow modeling and financing structure analysis Conduct research ondigital assets and Real World Assets (RWA)
and support evaluation of asset-backed or hybrid investment structuresRequirements & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or above in
Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
3-7 years
of experience in investment, private equity, corporate finance, project finance, or related roles in UAE Strongfinancial modeling and valuation skills
, with hands-onDCF experience
Exposure toproject finance or asset-backed investments
is a strong plus Familiarity withMiddle East / Arab markets
preferred Interest indigital assets and RWA
; understanding of basic concepts required Strong analytical skills, execution capability, and attention to detail Fluent inEnglish
; Arabic and/or Mandarin is a plus"Job Type: Full-time
