We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Associates to join our team. This position focuses on generating new leads through cold calling, nurturing client relationships, and facilitating property sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce services and generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.
- Provide clients with market information and property listings that meet their needs.
- Prepare and present property listings, market analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualification:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service; real estate experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
