Job Objective

To develop and implement effective investment strategies for managing client portfolios, aiming to achieve desired returns within acceptable risk levels, in full compliance with the regulations set by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) and the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE).

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Strategy Development:

- Analyze financial markets and macroeconomic indicators to identify investment opportunities.

- Design investment strategies aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.

2. Portfolio Management:

- Execute and monitor investments across various asset classes, including equities, bonds, and other financial instruments.

- Regularly review portfolio performance and adjust strategies as needed.

3. Compliance and Regulation:

- Ensure adherence to all regulations and laws issued by QFMA and QSE.

- Prepare and submit periodic reports required by regulatory bodies.

4. Client Communication:

- Provide clients with regular reports on portfolio performance.

- Discuss investment goals and market updates with clients.

5. Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and investment assistants.

- Foster team development through continuous training and guidance.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA certification preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management or financial market analysis.

- Deep understanding of Qatari and international financial markets.

- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and investment models.

- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
