Investment Manager

with a strong background in

to lead and manage our expansion into related investment portfolios.

Position Overview

The Investment Manager will be responsible for evaluating, managing, and overseeing investment opportunities with a focus on aviation, transport, and infrastructure sectors. This role is integral to RSL's broader strategic plan to diversify revenue streams, assess market potential, and capitalize on high-yield, sustainable investment ventures. The ideal candidate must possess a proven track record in aviation investments, deep market intelligence, and the ability to build and manage investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Strategy & Analysis

Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with RSL's long-term goals, with a focus on aviation, fleet expansion, mobility infrastructure, and allied services. Conduct detailed feasibility studies, ROI analyses, and market research for new ventures in aviation and ground transport sectors. Evaluate acquisition or partnership opportunities with aviation service providers, charter operators, private jet firms, and airport-linked enterprises.

2. Due Diligence & Risk Management

Perform end-to-end due diligence on investment targets, including operational, legal, financial, and reputational assessments. Identify investment risks and develop mitigation plans. Collaborate with legal and financial consultants to ensure regulatory compliance and sound structuring of investment deals.

3. Financial Modeling & Reporting

Create and manage advanced financial models to forecast cash flows, IRR, NPV, and profitability of proposed aviation-related investments. Prepare detailed investment memoranda, board presentations, and risk assessments. Monitor performance of portfolio investments and provide quarterly investment reports to senior leadership.

4. Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, airline partners, regulators, and key aviation stakeholders. Represent RSL in investment meetings, aviation expos, and strategic partnership forums. Act as the primary point of contact for joint ventures or co-investment projects.

5. Capital Raising & Fund Management

Support or lead fundraising initiatives to finance strategic aviation investments. Engage with institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and private equity groups. Develop proposals and term sheets for new capital structures.

Candidate Profile

Experience

Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in investment management, financial advisory, or corporate finance.

Mandatory aviation-related investment or industry experience

(e.g., private jets, airport operations, aviation finance, MRO, or charter services). Strong understanding of transportation and infrastructure investment frameworks.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred.

Skills & Attributes

Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence capabilities. Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive investment matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and investment tools; ERP or Odoo familiarity is an advantage.
