Investment & Fundraising Lead - EdTech (Full-Time)

Role Purpose

Lead the company's fundraising efforts by building investor pipelines, managing full investment cycles, and structuring deals to support our growth in the EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop an investor map (Saudi / GCC / International / CSR) and build a structured pipeline via CRM. Prepare and manage a complete

Data Room

, including: Pitch Deck, 3-5-year financial model, KPIs, key commercial contracts, compliance & legal docs. Own the full fundraising cycle:

Sourcing ? Outreach ? Intro Calls ? Due Diligence ? Term Sheet ? Closing

Customize investment pitches and articulate clear

Use of Funds

tied to ARR growth & CAC reduction. Structure deals (SAFE / Equity / Tranches) and manage

Cap Table

pre- and post-round. Issue monthly

Investor Update

(?1 page) and hold weekly progress sync with CEO.

Requirements

4-7 years' experience in

Venture Capital, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking

(EdTech/SaaS preferred). Strong financial modeling & valuation skills (DCF, Multiples, VC Method). Hands-on deal experience:

SAFE, Equity, Cap Table management, Due Diligence

. Excellent Arabic & English communication skills. High execution speed, ownership mindset, and strong discipline. Proficiency in CRM, Office/Google Workspace. Familiarity with

PDPL, ZATCA, KYC/AML
