Investment Banking Senior Director
Job Description
Our client, a leading investment banking advisory firm in Dubai is searching for a hands-on and highly experienced Investment Banking Executive Director to support broader deal origination and execution, identify the opportunities in the market and work closely with clients on mandated transactions, including M&A, divestitures and capital raising.
The role
- Origination and execution of end to end M&A deals and Capital Raising transactions
- Strategizing for raising / restructuring of resources for clients
- Delivering client presentations
- Motivating and managing teams to achieve business targets
- Develop client relationships in Middle East and Africa
Client requirements
- Professional Qualifications/ Certifications: MBA (preferable) CA or equivalent with minimum 10 years of Investment Banking experience ideally from a boutique
- Sector specialist and has a deep understanding of technology industry and able to create the business opportunities in this sector
- Cultural sensitivity developed through international experience
- Strong relationships with promoters / management of corporates
- High standards of professional and ethical conduct
- Excellent English communication presentation is a must
- Arabic speaking is a plus
