We are looking for M&A investment bankers or PE investors with strong financial skills regardless of sector coverage. What the job involves
- Proactively source and evaluate investment opportunities in technology, healthcare and other sectors such as industrials and business services and across geographies.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and financial models for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular updates to senior management on investment pipeline, portfolio performance, and market outlook
- Experience from a top-tier investment bank in M&A (sector agnostic) or a Private Equity fund.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities is required alongside the ability to present and communicate effectively
- You will have a Bachelor\'s, and/or Master\'s, degree from a top-tier university
- The ability to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi
