\xe2\x80\x8bCharterhouse have been mandated by the investment arm of a notable holding company in the UAE for the search of an Investment Associate (PE Fund Raising). The investment fund is very established in the region and the client is looking to aggressively grow their PE team. You will be raising capital across multi-asset funds.

About the role
In order to grow and boost their AUM, the investment fund is actively seeking a fundraising expert to expand their AUM but attracting a diverse group of Limited Partners from the GCC region.

In this role, you will be utilising your extensive network of institutional investors, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices, and Sovereign Wealth Funds to significantly enhance their AUM within the next two to three years.

In addition to fundraising, you will also be tasked with elevating the funds visibility and exposure by managing investor relations. As a result, the compensation structure is very worthwhile, directly correlated to individual performance.

About you
To be considered for this role, you should possess a wealth of experience in fund-raising with proven history of successfully securing capital for a Private Equity firm in the GCC region. We will only consider candidates who have a substantial and demonstrable network amongst Limited Partners within the GCC.

You must have at least 5 years fund raising experience within either Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Saudi Arabia and must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Private Equity landscape.
