The Role: Analyst - Venture Investments

As an Analyst, you will be the first hire in the investment team shaping the role and you will be at the forefront of our investment process, supporting the fundaEUR(TM)s due diligence efforts, financial modeling, and overall portfolio strategy. You will deep-dive into data rooms, financials, business models, and market trends to help us make high-quality investment decisions. This role is suited for a sharp, analytically strong individual with experience in fund management, venture capital, investment banking, or private equity. Your Responsibilities

Analyze financial statements, cap tables, projections, and business plans of potential investment targets. Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to assess investment opportunities. Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, comparables, scenario analysis, etc.), and risk assessment. Prepare investment memos and recommendations for the Investment Committee and GP team. Sift through NDAs, legal agreements, and due diligence materials to ensure structured analysis. Organize and maintain data rooms for ongoing and potential investments. Support deal execution by coordinating with lawyers, founders, and financial advisors. Track the performance of portfolio companies, analyzing financial performance and key metrics. Assist in building reporting frameworks for LPs and fund stakeholders. Identify potential follow-on investments and areas for strategic portfolio growth. Stay ahead of emerging AI, fintech, and tech-driven trends. Build and maintain a database of industry insights, key players, and investor sentiment. Identify potential co-investors, syndicates, and strategic LPs. What WeaEUR(TM)re Looking For

2-8 years in fund management, venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting. Strong financial modeling & valuation skills - you should be comfortable navigating cap tables, term sheets, and investment structures. Exposure to technology, AI, fintech, or deep tech investments is a strong plus. Highly analytical, structured, and detail-oriented - you thrive on cutting through complexity and finding clarity. Excellent research and writing skills - crafting investment memos, market reports, and strategic insights. Curious, proactive, and intellectually hungry - you ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and think critically. Strong work ethic & ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
