Job Description

One of the leading Real Estate Developer and Property Management company is looking for an Investment Analyst in Abu Dhabi The Job description and the requirements are as follows: Build and maintain detailed financial models to analyze new investment opportunities.
Assist to CEO and Investment Committee with the evaluation of new developments.
Coordinate with external consultants to obtain the best and highest-use studies for the undeveloped properties.
Coordinate with external consultants to perform feasibility studies and review their work.
Conduct research on the property market and contribute towards qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Perform internal valuation for existing properties.
Participate in the monitoring and management of the investments.
Determine optimal financing strategy for the new developments.
Qualifications and requirements A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in the real estate industry.
Depth knowledge of the UAE property market. Preferably in Abu Dhabi.
Sound knowledge of financial models to analyze new investment opportunities.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
Excellent research and writing abilities.
Confident presentation abilities.
A team player who can work independently.
