Job Description

We are currently seeking a professional with strong experience in investment pathways, private equity and acquisitions to fulfill the role of Investment Analyst. The candidate must be a go-getter who is enthusiastic about researching and analysing investment opportunities. Role Responsibilities:

• Develop investment strategies and policies.
• Manage funds across different accounts.
• Conduct extensive macroeconomic research and trend analysis for investment opportunities
• Review acquisitions financial and operating reports and analyse impact & success rate of the acquisition.

• Conduct business analysis, risk assessments, financial estimations, valuations and growth factor review to provide a comprehensive financial evaluation of the organisations potential.
• Conduct extensive financial modelling including sensitivity analysis to support potential acquisition opportunities.
• Monitor the funds and investments performance, and provide financial advise to maximise revenue and mitigate risk.
• Liaise with and act as a point of contact in all investment related matters pertaining to acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or any other related field
• Professional qualification is preferable.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar background.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a focus on results
