Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse department as an Inventory Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient stock levels, and coordinating with other teams to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Checking PMS inventory issues and creating appropriate quotation as according to the issues raised
• Raising quotation to BDM/Landlord/Landlord Support for approval
• Once quotation is approved, purchasing the items listed in the quotation and/or coordinating with the concerned team to purchase the same. Whenever big changes happened in the unit, scheduling photoshoot and coordinating with the listing team to update the listing photos
• Creating appropriate quotation in accordance to Property Audit Report sent by property inspector and scheduling the delivery of the same once approved
• Approving warehouse in charge inventory release when required
• Respond to any Landlord related inquiry in regards to Inventory Issue/s
• Answering any inventory related issues
• Oversees the Logistic/Delivery and Warehouse operation

Warehouse Management:

• Creating warehouse assistants and deliveries monthly schedule. Adjusting the same if required
• Reporting monthly overtime
• Performing ALL Warehouse in charge duties when he/she is off or whenever required

Transportation Management:

• Keeping track of ALL vehicle-related information (registration, insurance, parking, advertisement, etc.) including renewing the same if required
• Traffic fine recording, tracking and payments
• If required, coordinating with Operations Coordinator for next day Operations\' Vehicle Allocation
• Coordinating with the garage for any vehicle repair and sending the quotation for the same for approval
• Vehicle service scheduling (as according to service contracts)
• In any case of Vehicle Accident, responsible for getting Insurance Claim and Vehicle Repair
• Monthly VIP and Salik Report Perform other similar tasks as assigned by the management time-to \xc2\xadtime.
