Job Summary

The Inventory Manager is responsible for managing and controlling inventory operations to ensure accurate stock levels, efficient supply flow, and compliance with company standards. This role plays a key part in forecasting demand, coordinating stock movement, and supporting smooth business operations across all inventory locations in Oman.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to maintain optimal stock availability. Coordinate stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and inventory processing activities. Forecast supply and demand requirements to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS) situations. Track inbound and outbound inventory movements to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Prepare and analyze purchase reports, pricing reports, supply chain data, and inventory performance reports. Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits; investigate and report discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, pricing, stock levels, and inventory transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory control standards. Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize inventory processes. Support inventory planning for peak periods and special operational requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or a related role. Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure. Willingness to work extended hours (up to 12-hour shifts) when required, especially during weekly and monthly inventory cycles. Flexible schedule with availability for duty extensions and on-call assignments. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic language proficiency is required. Proficiency in cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory auditing. Experience using inventory management software and ERP systems. Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period. Willingness to work at different locations within Oman as required.
