The Customer Success & Inventory Manager - CSIM / Enterprise Partner Support is responsible for managing institutional client relationships while ensuring the accuracy and optimization of real estate inventory. This role bridges customer success, inventory management, and operational efficiency, ensuring that clients maximize their engagement with Keyper's platform while maintaining an up-to-date, high-performing property database.

It is a pivotal role focused on driving the success and growth of Keyper's institutional accounts and strategic partners. This hybrid position blends customer support, account management, partner support, and conversion/sales operations to ensure data integrity, promote platform adoption, and unlock commercial opportunities. As the primary point of contact for both enterprise clients and partners, you will ensure they receive exceptional support, are well-versed in our digital payment management solutions, and are positioned for conversion into fully managed accounts.
