Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all Vincitore Realty projects. Strategically release inventory in coordination with senior management during project launches. Adjust pricing of units based on market demand and launch trends. Upload and maintain inventory, pricing, and payment plans on

Oracle

and

eBroker

systems. Conduct market research and analysis before every new project launch. Verify and approve all unit sales that include discounts or payment plan exceptions. Regularly update unit status, pricing, and sales in master sheets and systems. Prepare and present inventory reports, daily sales performance, and project-wise reports for top management. Coordinate rollout of offers, promotions, and discount matrices. Ensure monthly payment plans are accurately updated in Oracle for all ongoing projects. Track and update construction progress and completion dates in the system. Verify as-built sizes versus planned sizes, reporting discrepancies >5% to management. Review and validate Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) before finalization. Provide after-hours and weekend support to the sales team as needed. Share data-driven reports and insights with management for strategic planning.

Requirements:

Proven experience in inventory or sales operations, preferably in real estate. Familiarity with Oracle and eBroker platforms is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Real estate project launch experience is a strong plus.
