We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee the inventory operations across our retail centers and warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring that our products are properly stored and distributed to meet customer demand. Additionally, this role will supervise and manage a team of inventory workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and obsolescence
Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and customer demand to forecast inventory requirements
Manage inventory levels across multiple retail centers and warehouse locations
Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and retail teams to ensure seamless inventory flow
Implement and maintain inventory management systems, including cycle counting, stock audits, and inventory reporting
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, investigating and addressing any issues or errors
Collaborate with retail center managers to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stockroom space
Monitor and report on inventory turnover, fill rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
Develop and implement inventory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
Supervise, train, and manage a team of inventory workers, including:
-Providing guidance and support on inventory procedures and best practices
-Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback for improvement
-Coordinating work schedules, assignments, and tasks to ensure efficient inventory operations
-Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
-Identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance inventory worker skills and knowledge

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment
2+ years of experience in supervising or managing a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in inventory management software and systems, such as ERP, CRM, or WMS
Ability to work in a team environment and lead inventory staff
Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with inventory management systems, such as Manhattan Associates, JDA, or SAP
Certification in inventory management, such as CPIM or CSCP
Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment, with knowledge of omnichannel inventory management
Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, including logistics, transportation, and distribution
Experience with performance management, employee development, and team leadership
