highly skilled Inventory Control Officer / Manager

to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement inventory control systems to manage over

5,000 SKUs

. Ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand across all departments and distribution channels. Record, monitor, and reconcile daily shipments and deliveries. Use ERP/Inventory software to track stock movements, forecasts, and reorders. Perform regular stock audits and generate detailed inventory reports. Analyze data to predict future inventory needs and prevent stock shortages or excess. Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective procurement. Supervise receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods. Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety. Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and operations teams. Recruit, train, and manage warehouse/inventory staff. Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years

of experience in inventory management within a large, reputable organization. Experience in managing high-volume inventory (5,000+ SKUs). Strong knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, WMS, or similar software. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred). Relevant certifications like CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are a plus. Excellent analytical, forecasting, and data interpretation skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Familiarity with UAE import/export and warehouse regulations is a plus.
