Sharaf DG is hiring an Inventory Executive to support inventory operations across stores and warehouses. This role ensures stock accuracy, optimizes inventory flow, and supports regular audits and reporting. Job Overview
As an Inventory Executive, you will monitor stock levels, support audits, manage data reporting, and collaborate with supply chain and category teams. You will ensure the inventory system reflects real-time accuracy and drive improvements in process efficiency and shrinkage control.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels across stores and warehouses using ERP/SAP systems
• Reconcile stock discrepancies and ensure data integrity
• Generate reports on stock movement, ageing, and inventory KPIs using BI tools
• Support monthly physical inventory counts and internal audit processes
• Identify process inefficiencies and assist in automation and stock accuracy initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely replenishment and RTV (return to vendor)
• Prepare documentation for audit trails and management reviews
• Ensure adherence to inventory SOPs and compliance policies

Requirements
Education

• Graduate or Undergraduate in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations, preferably in a retail setting

Skills & Abilities

• Strong MS Excel and numerical analysis skills
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP or similar ERP)
• Effective communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
