We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Inventory Controller / Stock Keeper
to manage warehouse and production inventory operations for our lighting and electrical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in stock control, manufacturing coordination, and using ERP/accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and finished goods.
Create and maintain
GRN (Goods Receipt Notes)
for all received items.
Manage
BOM (Bill of Materials)
and ensure materials are issued as per production requirements.
Update the system daily with stock movements, production issues, and material consumption.
Track
production progress
and coordinate between warehouse and production teams.
Conduct regular
physical stock counts
and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and reorder points.
Prepare stock movement and consumption reports for accounts and management.
Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and labeling of all items.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in inventory control or warehouse management within a
manufacturing environment
.
Strong knowledge of
BOM, GRN, and production process updates
.
Proficiency in
accounting/ERP software
(Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally preferred).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented, honest, and organized.
Basic English communication skills.
Physically fit and responsible.
Working Hours:
8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
