Job Title: Inventory Controller

Contract duration: 2 years (renewable)

Education: Bachelor degree
Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee and manage warehouse inventory levels using ERP inventory modules. Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies, track inventory movements and update ERP systems
- Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce excess stock
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment
- Ensure timely and accurate inventory reporting, ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and generate inventory reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly and assist in training and supervising inventory staff.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems.
