Job Summary An Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels, preventing stock outs and overstocking, and ensuring efficient inventory management processes. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and control inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate inventory records. - Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. - Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and minimize waste. - Work with logistics, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure accurate inventory forecasting and management. - Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes and implement changes to increase efficiency. Requirements

- Associate's Degree or Certificate

- 0-2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field. - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory records and reporting. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
