Job Summary
We are hiring an
Inventory Control Officer
to ensure accuracy between purchase orders, supplier invoices, system stock, physical stock, and daily dispatches to branches from our central kitchen.Key Responsibilities
Verify supplier invoices against approved POs and actual received quantities Update received quantities in the inventory system Record daily dispatches from central kitchen to branches Ensure system stock matches physical stock Perform weekly stock reconciliation and report variances Coordinate with purchaser, storekeeper, and branches
Requirements
2+ years experience in inventory control or stock management (F&B preferred) Experience using inventory systems or Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,800.00 per month
