Job Description
As an Inventory Control Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, and supporting the efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances.
Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.
Update and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
Assist in implementing and maintaining inventory control procedures.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize inventory processes and minimize discrepancies.
Generate reports on inventory status and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in inventory control or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using inventory management software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
