Inventory Clerk

Job Description

: 1. Counts, tracking and stores inventory for official store records. 2. Maintains logs of all products and supplies. 3. Checks actual store inventory against computerized records. 4. Reports any discrepancies encountered. 5. Writes up inventory reports detailing any overstock or missing items and records them to store manager. 6. Organizes the goods in storage areas supplier wise. 7. Uses inventory software to keep track of orders, returns, and supply. 8. Presents inventory reports at store meetings. 9. Ensures that the stock room is clean and well organized. 10. Moves and restructures the organization of the stockroom to make space for new shipments. 11. Pulls any defective or expired goods for return. 12. Packs up items for return and creates shipping labels. 13. Submits urgent orders for replenishment of inventory. 14. Reviews shipping and receiving documents for accuracy. 15. Assists store or inventory manager in devising new ways to reduce shrink and maintain inventory control. Job Requirements: 1) Any Bachelor degree graduate. 2) Preferably having similar inventory management experience, min. 1 year in UAE- pharmaceutical industry. 3) Should be based or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
