Job Description

INVENTORY ASSISTANT
  • Communicating with suppliers to determine product availability.
  • Receiving and unpacking incoming shipments of merchandise.
  • Maintaining a database of all inventory items, including product codes and other details.
  • Rotating the stock so the store is up to date with the current requirements.
  • Resolving any inaccuracies in inventory.
  • Conducting data entry, scheduling and related duties.
  • Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers and securing shipment arrival times
  • Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company?s standards.
  • Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records and reporting discrepancies in inventory.
  • Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets.
  • Monitor all administrative tasks and manage all shipment for vendors and evaluate all overstock inventories and maintain records for same.
  • Prepare and evaluate all inventories with invoices and purchase orders and maintain records of all goods and appropriate shipment for same.
  • Maintain records of all incoming materials for all internal and external suppliers according to inventory procedures and policies.
  • Manage all shipments and monitor all damage products and complete all paperwork and evaluate all part orders.
  • Constantly monitor the movement of the inventory and identifies if there are any shortages that are seen when compared with the physical inventory data.
  • Works in close association with the stores operation as well as the loss of prevention and implements shortage control programs.
  • Verify the descriptions of various products, their condition, amount, etc., and completes all the related paperwork.
  • Ensure that all the issues have been resolved in a timely manner.

Requirement
  • Willing to relocate/commute to Fujairah.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
