Job Description

We are looking for a capable Inventory and Receiving Executive to support our company's warehouse operations. The right candidate should be from a Flower and gifts industry background. He will receive, input, sort, load and unload flowers, gifts and accessories and will perform various warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Receiving Operations

Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately. Process, package, and ship orders accurately and on time. Inspect products for damages or discrepancies, and verify invoices. Maintain proper warehouse organization, ensuring space optimization and safety compliance. Contribute to daily cleanliness and upkeep of the warehouse. Handle boxes and materials up to 30 kg. Inventory Management

Develop and implement inventory control systems to manage over

5,000 SKUs

. Record, monitor, and reconcile daily shipments and deliveries. Track stock movements, forecasts, and reorders using

ERP/WMS systems

. Conduct regular stock audits and generate detailed inventory reports. Analyze inventory data to predict future requirements and prevent shortages or excess. Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and

UAE warehouse regulations

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and operations teams. Support supplier evaluation and negotiation for cost-effective procurement. Provide feedback and ideas to improve warehouse and inventory procedures. Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse/inventory staff where required.

Requirements

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Experience

: Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory/warehouse management within a reputable organization. Hands-on experience managing

large inventory volumes (5,000+ SKUs)

. Strong knowledge of

ERP systems like ODOO, WMS, or similar platforms

. Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Strong analytical, forecasting, and organizational skills. Physically fit, active, and able to handle heavy lifting.
