Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive

Admin & Warehouse Executive

for our Abu Dhabi operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the warehouse independently, overseeing daily store activities, and ensuring timely and accurate stock handling. The role also requires coordination with local vendors, shipping agents, and government authorities, so a good command of the local language and understanding of UAE laws and taxation is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

Independently manage all aspects of the warehouse/store. Carry out inventory management and regular stock taking. Ensure proper receipt, storage, picking, and packing of goods. Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials. Conduct quality checks and maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse.

Shipping & Logistics:

Plan and coordinate local and international shipments. Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with shipping regulations. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport providers.

Administrative Support:

Maintain warehouse-related documentation and records. Prepare inventory and shipment reports for internal use. Assist in Sales when required. Assist in procurement and local purchases when required.

Communication & Compliance:

Communicate effectively with local suppliers, customers, and authorities. Understand and comply with UAE import/export regulations, taxes, and legal formalities. Handle inspections, customs clearance, and documentation as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse/store management. Good knowledge of inventory systems and stock control processes. Ability to communicate in Arabic (or local dialect) and English. Familiarity with UAE local laws, customs, and taxation. Hands-on experience in shipment coordination and logistics. Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. UAE driving license is a plus.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
