Job Description
We looking for
Inventory Accountant (Arabic Speaker).
Whowill be responsible for handling the accurate posting of inventory transactions and maintaining precise stock records. This role is critical for ensuring inventory data integrity and supporting the finance department with timely reporting and reconciliationsResponsibilities
Responsible for the preparation of stock take report for store locations. Timely posting of stock adjustments, tester and damage for store locations. Monitor internal transfer from warehouse to stores and from stores to stores Ensure completeness of bill statement from suppliers for monthly archiving. Ensure completeness of inventory postings from the financial system with supplementary documentation for monthly archiving Ensure completeness of posted stock adjustments, testers and damage from the inventory system for monthly archiving. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile variances. Verify and reconcile purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices. Prepare regular inventory reports, including stock levels, slow-moving items, and aging inventory
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or relevant fields 1-2 years of experience in inventory or good knowledge in inventory procedures or lAS 2
ARABIC reading & writing (mandatory)
Familiarity with navigating accounting software Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically in excel (Vlookup, pivot, etc)Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
