We are seeking an experienced Intune Engineer to join our team. As an Intune Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organization\xe2\x80\x99s device management infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on Intune, Apple Business Manager, Microsoft 365 Apps, endpoint patching, and basic infrastructure network understanding.

Job Accountabilities:

• Enrolling MAC Devices to Intune:

o Configure and manage Intune policies for macOS devices.
o Ensure seamless enrollment and compliance of Mac devices within the Intune environment.
o Troubleshoot enrollment issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Apple Business Manager:

o Leverage Apple Business Manager to streamline device deployment, app distribution, and management.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Apple Business Manager workflows into our device management processes.

• Microsoft 365 Apps:

o Administer Microsoft 365 Apps (formerly Office 365) within the Intune environment.
o Ensure proper licensing, deployment, and updates for Microsoft 365 Apps on user devices.

• Endpoint Patching:

o Implement and maintain patch management strategies for endpoints.
o Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities by deploying security patches promptly.

• Basic Infrastructure Network Understanding:

o Possess foundational knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and security.
o Collaborate with network teams to ensure seamless communication between devices and services.

Experience/ Skills Required

o Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience as an Intune Engineer.
o Proven track record of successfully managing macOS devices within Intune.
o Familiarity with Apple Business Manager workflows.

Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Microsoft Intune administration.
o Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps deployment and management.
o Understanding of endpoint patching best practices.
o Basic knowledge of infrastructure networks.

Certifications (Preferred):
o Microsoft Intune certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Intune and Device Management).

Communication and Collaboration:
o Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
o Ability to document processes and procedures clearly.
