We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Admin Intern
to join our HR & Admin Department. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration within the perfume industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
Maintain and organize company records and documentation
Support HR and operations in coordination and scheduling activities
Handle correspondence, filing, and basic data entry
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining office supplies inventory
Provide general support to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration or related field
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
