Internship Trainee

Dubai International Hotel is a leading airport hotel located within Dubai International Airport, serving an international guest profile. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and are seeking enthusiastic student interns to gain hands-on experience in Front Office, Reservations, Ahlan Meet & Assist, and Food & Beverage (F&B) Service within a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.

Internship Responsibilities

Front Office / Reservations / Ahlan Meet & Assist:

Welcome and assist international guests with arrival concierge service, check-in, and check-out procedures Handle guest inquiries professionally in person, by phone, and via email Support reservation handling, booking confirmations, and system updates Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and airport connections

Food & Beverage (F&B) Service:

Assist in restaurant, lounges, and room service operations Take guest orders and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of dining areas Deliver courteous, efficient, and attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction

Requirements

Currently enrolled as a student or a fresh graduate of Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Willingness to learn and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)

Preferred Candidates

Candidates from Arab countries and Central Asia (e.g., Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan) Additional language skills are a strong advantage Familiarity with multicultural environments is preferred
