Department OverviewProject Office Oman

As a Project Coordinator Intern you will contribute in the various project phases, starting from planning to testing. On a daily basis you will:

Support in Project progress reports, Site build folders, Customer Invoicing.

Day to day engagement with stakeholders on project activities.

Manage day to day Correspondence with the Customer.

Management of project documentation.

Scheduling meetings with the various project departments.

Basic Requirements

These are the skills and experience you should have:

University degree or related field.

Basic Knowledge about MS office and Google interfaces

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Ability to breakdown any problem into components that can be collaboratively solved

Ability to independently plan and execute deliverables

Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements

Good communication skills - verbal & written.
