We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team for an internship as a Medical Representative for promoting our medical products to doctors and hospitals. As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, showcasing the benefits and features of our medical products. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships: Build strong professional relationships with doctors, medical specialists, and key personnel in hospitals to increase awareness and generate interest in our medical products. Product promotion: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features, benefits, and clinical evidence supporting the use of our medical products. Effectively communicate how our products can improve patient outcomes and contribute to healthcare excellence. Territory management: Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales targets and objectives. Identify potential customers and key decision-makers in hospitals and medical practices, and proactively engage with them to promote our products. Customer education and training: Provide healthcare professionals with accurate and up-to-date product information, training materials, and scientific literature. Stay updated on industry trends, medical research, and competitor activities to effectively address customer inquiries and position our products as superior solutions. Market intelligence: Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, product feedback, and customer insights, to provide valuable input for marketing and sales strategies. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements. Sales reporting and analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to management. Requirements: Education: Bachelor\'s degree or undergrad in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy, or related fields). Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals. Strong relationship-building skills to establish trust and credibility. Availability: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required . A valid driver\'s license and car is preferred.
