A Day in the Life
A Day in the Life
In this role, you will work closely with commercial teams and distributor management teams in:
- Preparing analysis of Distributer\xe2\x80\x99s compliance KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
- Working on Medtronic data base to extract distributor compliance data to be presented in comparison with global compliance goals
- Coordinating all compliance activities (ethics trainings , commercial accountability , ethic circle) with main stakeholders
- Supporting with Turkey Sub-distributors segmentation
- Improving Central Asia distributors compliance activities
- Validating distributors data in Diligence system
Must Haves
- Recently graduated (2022, 2023)
- Degree in finance, business or related field
- Fluent in English
- Very good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong in quantitative competencies combined with a curious and empathic approach
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Very good presentation skills
- Eager to learn & develop
- Knowledge of Russian or Turkish
- Interested in optimization and improvement work
Program details
- Based in Dubai
- Duration: 6 months
- Work model: Hybrid, with at least 4 days in the office
- Start date: June onwards
- Full-time (40h per week)
