Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with
tourist, business, student, and family visa
applications for Schengen and other international destinations. Guide applicants onvisa requirements, documentation, and processing timelines
. Prepare and reviewapplication forms
andsupporting documents
before submission. ManageVFS appointments
,embassy submissions
, andbiometric scheduling
. Stay updated with the latestembassy and consulate regulations
for each country. Track applications and provide timely updates to clients. Handleemail and phone inquiries
in a professional manner. Maintain accurateclient records and reports
. Coordinate with travel agents forflight bookings, hotel reservations, insurance, and related documents
. Ensureconfidentiality and data protection
throughout the visa process.Requirements:
Candidate must be under a Husband Visa
(sponsorship within the UAE). Diploma or Bachelor's degree inTravel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
.1-3 years of experience
in handling international visa applications (Schengen, UK, US, Canada, etc.). Familiarity withVFS Global
and other embassy platforms. Excellentcommunication skills in English
(Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a plus). Strongattention to detail
anddocument-handling accuracy
. Proficient inMS Office
and online visa systems. Customer-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
