Key Responsibilities:

Assist international clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, ensuring a seamless experience tailored to their specific needs. Provide expert advice on Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends and opportunities, including Golden Visa acquisition through property investments. Act as the primary liaison for international investors and expatriates, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through local property laws and regulations. Conduct virtual and in-person property tours for international clients, showcasing exclusive listings and developments. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clientele, offering personalized and professional service. Leverage advanced marketing tools and platforms to promote listings to global audiences effectively. Collaborate with developers and brokers to access and market exclusive properties suited for international buyers. Stay updated on global real estate investment trends to provide strategic advice and insights.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in international real estate transactions or working with international clients. Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous. In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and investment opportunities. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
