Responsibilities
- Inquire and understand client\xe2\x80\x99s specific visa requirements and travel plans and collect required documents and information for relevant visa category.
- Prepare and submit visa applications on behalf of clients to the respective embassies, consulates, or visa processing centers.
- Thoroughly review and verify all required documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with the visa requirements of the destination country.
- Stay up-to-date with international immigration laws and regulations, providing accurate information and advice to clients to ensure compliance.
- Specialize in various visa categories such as tourist, business, or other specific visas as per client needs.
- Monitor the progress of visa applications and provide timely updates to clients, addressing any issues or delays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance throughout the visa application process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, visa applications, and other relevant documentation.
- 2 years of professional work experience as a International Visa consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of international visa requirements, procedures, and regulations especially for Schengen, USA, Canada, Asian countries.
- Strong understanding of different visa categories and their respective documentation.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain organized records.
- Should be adept at handling and understanding clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, and time management skills.
