We are Looking out for Portfolio Managers to join our International Sales Team. Preferably Chinese - Mandarin speakers. Key Responsibilities:

Taking care of the international buyers/clients of the company.
Daily calling on new data and leads provided, follow up with the existing clients.
Good knowledge of Events/Road show sales process.
Travel for events and roadshows.
Promoting International events and campaigns of the company.
Analyzing potential customers with their requirements and suggest them property/ buying options.
Achieving Sales target by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.
Generate new meeting/leads through calls.

Candidate Requirement includes below:

Experienced in Real Estate, Property Developers, Investment banking, Travel and Tourism INDUSTRY candidates are encouraged to apply.
Able to travel with less visa requirements in the most of the countries-worldwide.
International Call center experience would be preferred.
Presentable and Good Communication is the most important skills for this position.
Able to join immediately.
