International Product Growth Manager, Txc3xbcrkiye Responsibilities
Ensure the Meta family of apps is well adapted to be successful in Txc3xbcrkiye
Provide local insights, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant for Meta's success in Txc3xbcrkiye
Explore and identify growth opportunities in Txc3xbcrkiye leveraging internal and external resources as well as in-country activities
Drive solutions that address identified market-specific opportunities
Influence and partner with product teams to execute on solutions
Partner with analytics teams to identify high-impact opportunities, validate key findings, and measure impact of execution
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of experience in product management or a related field
Experience in the understanding of the Turkish market, including its unique challenges and opportunities
Native fluency in Turkish as this role requires the understanding of local product landscape and market context to develop solutions
Demonstrated communication and collaboration experiences, with the capacity to work effectively with and influence cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and analytics across different countries and cultures, in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working independently in an impact driven, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with experience in interpreting data to inform decision-making
Experience with building products tailored to Txc3xbcrkiye
Experience working in startups or entrepreneurial ventures
Experience working in a global environment across multiple time zones
