Directly responsible for the Field Service Job Execution of following products Pure Ballast System, Marine Separators, Fresh water Generators and Plate heat exchangers Quality of Service report, Updating reports and settings in CRM tool, Timely update of timesheets, Customer satisfaction survey report. Indirectly responsible for the overall Regional Service & Marine objectives and growth targets. Key Tasks
Undertaking servicing of equipments as per customer satisfaction and on time.
Meeting Field service KPIs aligned with customers requirements
Explore business development in every possible opportunity.
Support Warrantee claim handling
Explore opportunities for new performance agreements/ service contracts
Acquire up-to-date technical knowledge about products and applications
Capture and update installed base

Ensure use of adequate Personal Protective Equipment ( PPE) during every service visit
