Job Description

• Identifying relevant judicial decisions, statues, legal articles, codes and other pertinent material
• Organise and analyse information
• Cross-check and validate information
• Prepare written reports
• Draft legal documents including briefs, contracts and legal agreements
• Assist in preparing legal arguments, applications, declarations and correspondence
• Proof reading
• Maintain reference files
• Organise and track legal files
• Review and monitor new and updated regulations
• Maintain law library
• Co-ordinate legal deparment activities
• Take minutes and follow up on meetings

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least three years of paralegal experience at an international law firm
• Ideally already based in the UAE
• Strong academics- Bacherlors degree in Law or other relevant subject
• Exceptional knowledge of legal principles, regulation, terminology and research techniques
