A leading offshore law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (2-4 years' PQE) to join its highly regarded Dubai office. This is a rare opportunity to work in a close-knit team comprising one Partner and two other Associates, offering hands-on exposure to high-value, cross-border transactions and advisory matters across the offshore jurisdictions. What to expect: A broad range of high-quality corporate work, including M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and fund-related matters Direct access to an experienced partner with a strong track record in mentoring associates A dynamic, collegiate working environment within a small, high-performing team Exposure to an international client base across sectors including financial services, energy, and technology Requirements: 2-4 years' post-qualification experience from a top-tier international or regional law firm Strong corporate transactional experience UK, Australia, New Zealand or common law qualification An interest in offshore work and a long-term commitment to the region Why Dubai?
