About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

International Exhibitions Manager

to lead and execute large-scale property and investment exhibitions across

European markets

. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in international exhibition management, a deep understanding of the

EU market landscape

, and fluency in at least one

European language

to effectively collaborate with regional partners, organizers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage

real estate and investment exhibitions

across major

European countries

from concept to completion. Coordinate closely with marketing, sales, and business development teams to ensure event objectives are successfully achieved. Oversee exhibition logistics, vendor and agency coordination, booth design, and on-site execution. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with

European organizers, developers, and government trade bodies

. Manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining premium brand standards. Identify and evaluate new exhibition opportunities across Europe to expand brand visibility and market reach. Monitor and assess event performance to ensure continuous improvement and return on investment (ROI).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in

international exhibition management

or

event planning

. Strong understanding of

European market dynamics

, event operations, and regional business culture. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in

English

and at least

one European language

(e.g. French, German, Spanish, or Italian) is required. Willingness to

travel across Europe

as needed.

Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month
