About the Company:

A fast-growing international trading firm with strong operational hubs in the UAE and India is looking for an experienced

International Business Manager

to lead procurement and operations. The company specializes in the global sourcing and distribution of industrial products such as bolts, screws, and structural steel components.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be a commercially sharp and operationally strong professional with a proven background in

procurement, logistics, and vendor management

across international markets. This role demands

hands-on experience in both the India and UAE trade ecosystems

and a willingness to travel for business development and vendor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source

global suppliers for fasteners, structural steel, and related products Negotiate

Incoterms, freight schedules

, and ensure smooth

Free-Zone and Customs clearance

Manage

vendor KPIs

, implement

cost-saving strategies

, and align procurement with

demand forecasts

Work closely with finance on

LC issuance, trade terms

, and

cash-flow planning

Ensure procurement timelines align with client delivery schedules and international logistics requirements Represent the company in

international business meetings, supplier audits

, and

trade delegations

Requirements:

Proven experience in

global procurement and trading operations

10-15 years of experience

, including

mandatory experience in both India and UAE

Strong understanding of

Incoterms, Free-Zone regulations

, and

international logistics

Skilled in

vendor evaluation, contract negotiation

, and

cost optimization

Familiarity with

trade finance

, especially

LC handling and payment terms

Willingness to

travel internationally

for supplier meetings and trade events Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills
