About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

International Event Manager

to lead and execute large-scale property and investment events across international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong event management experience, deep understanding of European markets, and fluency in one or more European languages to effectively engage with global partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage international real estate and investment events from concept to completion. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to ensure event objectives are achieved. Oversee event logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution in different countries. Develop strategic partnerships and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders, exhibitors, and agencies. Manage event budgets and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining premium brand standards. Research and identify new opportunities for event participation in key European and global markets. Monitor and evaluate event performance to ensure continuous improvement and ROI.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in international event management or exhibition planning. Strong understanding of global event operations, preferably in the

real estate or investment

sector. Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Fluency in at least one European language

(such as French, Spanish, German, or Italian) is

highly preferred

. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
